This course introduces the fundamental legal principles governing early childhood support assistants. It begins by covering the most important general legal principles, including laws on inclusion, the application process, and the general procedures and those for assistance and participation planning. It also addresses children's rights, including the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child, the right to a non-violent upbringing, the duty to protect children, and the best interests of the child. The course also covers the basic labor law principles for working as an early childhood support assistant, with a particular focus on the duty of supervision. Finally, the topic of data protection is addressed. The aim is to familiarize participants with the legal principles and enable them to apply them confidently in practice.
