Which plan do we need?
The Basic plan gives you access to all 100+ courses and every course still to be published. Medium pays off as soon as you also want to turn your own concepts or internal training materials into a structured e-learning course. Premium is for organizations that want to develop new courses on an ongoing basis and expect fast support. All prices are net per license per month with annual billing.
Twelve-month term, notice one month before the end of the contract, job portal included in every plan, payment by invoice possible.

Because training then happens during downtime and does not cost extra working time. If an assignment is cancelled because an accompanied child is ill, the professional learns in paid time instead of waiting. There are no extra hours, no travel costs, no substitution planning.
Plan for one downtime day per employee per year: with 15 employees that is around 120 hours that are unproductive today and become documented training with Diingu.
When are transferable licenses the better choice?
When you qualify your team one after another, for example new school companions at the start of the school year. You pay less per employee, but not everyone learns at the same time.

Frequently asked questions for organizations
12 to 17 € net per employee per month for person-bound annual licenses, billed yearly. Transferable licenses cost 24 to 36 € per license per month. For 15 employees that is 2,160 € (Basic) to 3,060 € (Premium) net per year.
With person-bound licenses each person has their own license and can learn at any time. With transferable licenses several employees share a license one after another. You need about one license per three employees. Transferable is cheaper per employee, person-bound lets everyone learn at the same time.
There is no upper limit. You create teams and locations separately and see training progress per employee. Billing is based on licenses, not on admin seats.
With transferable licenses you simply pass the license on to the next person. With person-bound licenses you would for example have paid for 12 months while the person used Diingu for 8 months. Certificates already earned stay in the employee profile so they can build a learning profile.
Yes. Organizations pay by invoice, yearly in advance. We are currently working on the technical implementation to offer more payment options.
