First, the basics of successful networking are covered, including possible cooperation partners and necessary framework conditions. The focus then shifts to key support systems. Ways of accessing these are outlined and the role of the specialist as a supportive companion is described. The course is rounded off with a practical look at implementation – for example, in relation to issues surrounding child protection or inclusive services. The aim of the course is to empower early childhood support assistants to collaborate effectively with other organizations, thereby enabling them to provide more effective support to families.
