We are looking for committed employees (m/f/d) in inclusion support (school and kindergarten support). These positions can be part-time, working student positions, or mini-jobs. Assignments are possible between two to five days. We offer a monthly fixed salary (also in case of illness or school holidays) with performance-based compensation. We are looking for assistant staff (with prior experience in the educational field) and specialists (completed bachelor's degree, pedagogical training or similar) at special needs schools, regular schools, and kindergartens in the Cologne, Hürth, and Brühl areas.

Your tasks:
Individual, needs-based support and assistance of a child or young person in school and kindergarten everyday life, guidance towards understanding rules and self-determination, strengthening of social competence, de-escalation in crisis situations, promotion of new learning and communication opportunities, close cooperation with teachers/educators, therapists and parents, if necessary basic care activities, creation of documentation
