Your Profile

• Completed training in the educational, social, or nursing field (e.g., early childhood educator, special needs educator, social pedagogue) or comparable qualification

• Experience working with children and young people with special support needs is an advantage

• Empathy, patience, and understanding of the individual needs of students

• Reliability and a sense of responsibility

• Teamwork skills and good communication skills

• Willingness to take part in class trips and school events

Your Tasks

• Individual support and assistance for a child with special support needs

• Support in regulating emotions

• Orientation and structural assistance to ease the school day

• Promoting social integration into the class community

• Collaboration with teachers, parents, and other specialists

• Documentation of developmental progress and participation in support plan meetings
