We are looking for committed integration assistants for the daycare center who will provide individual support to children with special educational needs in everyday daycare activities and enable their participation.
Completed training in the pedagogical field (e.g. educator, therapeutic educator, social pedagogue) or comparable qualification
Experience working with children, ideally with special educational needs
Experience working with preschool-age children
Empathy, patience and understanding for the individual needs of children
Teamwork and good communication skills
Flexibility and resilience
Willingness for continuous professional development
Individual support and assistance for children with special educational needs in everyday kindergarten life
Assistance with daily activities: help with eating, dressing and undressing, toilet use
Support in participating in group activities and educational offerings
Promotion of social integration into the kindergarten group and building contacts with other children
Support in participating in group activities
Collaboration with educators, therapists, parents and other professionals
Observation and documentation of the child's development
Participation in support plan meetings
