Your Profile

• Completed training in the pedagogical field (e.g. educator, therapeutic educator, social pedagogue) or comparable qualification

• Experience working with children, ideally with special educational needs

• Experience working with preschool-age children

• Empathy, patience and understanding for the individual needs of children

• Teamwork and good communication skills

• Flexibility and resilience

• Willingness for continuous professional development

Your Tasks

• Individual support and assistance for children with special educational needs in everyday kindergarten life

• Assistance with daily activities: help with eating, dressing and undressing, toilet use

• Support in participating in group activities and educational offerings

• Promotion of social integration into the kindergarten group and building contacts with other children

• Support in participating in group activities

• Collaboration with educators, therapists, parents and other professionals

• Observation and documentation of the child's development

• Participation in support plan meetings
