Your Profile

• You have a pedagogical qualification or comparable qualification (e.g. educator, social assistant or similar)

OR

• You are a career changer with:

  o Empathy, appreciation, flexibility, social skills

  o Reliability in collaboration

  o Curiosity about personal challenges, clear role definition

• You bring experience working with children and young people, ideally in schools or daycare centers

• You are characterized by patience, empathy and a positive attitude

• You are reliable, flexible and can work independently

• You have good communication skills and can adapt to different needs

Your Tasks

• You support children and young people with special educational needs in school and out-of-school everyday life

• You accompany your charges in managing everyday tasks and promote their independence

• You work closely with teachers, educators and parents and document progress

• You create a safe and supportive environment where children and young people feel comfortable

• You support social integration and promote participation in lessons and group activities
