Your Profile

• Completed training in education, social work, or care (e.g., educator, therapeutic educator, social pedagogue) or comparable qualification
• Experience working with children and young people with special educational needs is an advantage
• Empathy, patience, and understanding for the individual needs of students
• Reliability and sense of responsibility
• Teamwork skills and good communication abilities
• Willingness to participate in school trips and school events

Your Tasks

• Individual support and assistance for students with special educational needs during lessons
• Assistance during lessons, such as support in sports and swimming classes
• Support in the use of teaching materials and disability-specific aids
• Orientation and structure support to facilitate school everyday life
• Assistance during breaks: help with eating, dressing and undressing, and support with break activities
• Promotion of social integration into the class community
• Accompaniment on school trips and other school activities
• Collaboration with teachers, parents, and other specialists
• Documentation of developmental progress and participation in support plan meetings
