Can I really do this during the summer holidays?
Yes. The foundation courses are structured so you can complete them in a few weeks at your own pace. Summer holidays give you around six weeks of free time. At the end you will have your first certificates and can apply directly through the job portal.
Do I need prior experience?
No. Many people start without a pedagogical degree. Through online courses and certificates you prepare specifically for your job as a school aide. Empathy, patience and joy in working with children and young people matter more than a formal qualification.
What does the training cost?
You can try Diingu for free first. After that you can choose between 3 months for €71.99, 6 months for €119.99 and 12 months for €179.99, each including VAT. Many carriers reimburse the fee after hiring.
Do I get a certificate?
Yes. After each completed course you automatically receive a certificate. You can submit these with applications and to your future carrier. Through the Diingu job portal certificates are recognized and added to your profile.
How do I find a job afterwards?
Through the Diingu job portal you apply directly to over 100 carriers in Germany and Austria. Your learning progress and certificates are visible in your profile, so carriers can see that you have prepared specifically.
